Q. When can I check in and out?
A. At present our check in time is 3pm and checkout time is 10am, however, if the accomodation is ready earlier we will let you know.
Q. What days can we check in?
A. Check in days are Monday and Fridays.
Q. What is the minimum stay?
A. The Beach Loft offers a minimum of a 3 night stay starting on a Friday. 4 night stay from Monday to Friday and a week starting on a Monday or a Friday.
Q. What deposit is required to secure my booking?
A. £100 will secure your booking and the remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your arrival. You will receive a reminder for payment.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Should you cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable and you may be responsible for cancellation charges which can vary depending on the time of the cancellation.
Q. Are high chairs and travel cots provided?
A. Yes, we have one of each available.
Q. Is there parking at The Beach Loft.
A. There is on street parking at a first come first serve basis, there is also a carpark a 5 minute walk away.
Q. What if I book and my area goes into lockdown?
A. It is our policy that if you are unable to travel due to a lockdown, we will defer your holiday dates. If we go into lockdown and and you are unable to then say at The Beach Loft Filey, we will refund in full.
Q. Is linen provided at the property?
A. Yes clean linen is provided free of charge and all beds will be made awaiting your arrival.
All cottages provide bed linen free of charge and beds are made up ready for your arrival. Cot linen is not provided – please bring sheets, pillows and duvet/blankets with you.
Q. Are towels supplied?
A. We provide hand towels, tea towels and bath towels. If you require further towels for the beach please bring them with you.
Q. Is the property cleaned between and during holidays?
A. Your accommodation will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. As a limited amount of time is available to clean between holidays, please help us to maintain our standards by leaving your accommodation and its contents in a clean and tidy condition. Cleaning is not provided during your holiday.
Q. what equipment is at the apartment?
A. The Beach Loft will be equipped with the following as standard: a full-size cooker; fridge with ice box; toaster; kettle; iron and ironing board; carpet sweeper or vacuum cleaner; cleaning equipment, toilet rolls and tea towels. There will also be a television, bed linen, cooking utensils and ample crockery and cutlery.
Q .How do I book?
A. Book online via the link on our website, confirm your dates and you will receive a confirmation email with details of how to pay your deposit. The remaining balance is due 1 month before your holiday date and you will receive an email reminder regarding this also.
